I love how you put this and how you’re weaving climate, capitalism, food, and psych into one crafty piece of fabric. We can’t just choose not to work for the winter but we can choose to allow ourselves the rest and find the beauty in some hibernation. And still, looking forward to spring coming soon

Thank you Kim! Indeed, and I think learning to recognise these things is key to developing ways of coping with them - it's wild how in the last couple of days of sunshine we've had here in Brussels I have felt a change in my energy levels just from seeing more blue sky. We're getting there slowly but surely!
